Shuttle from St Helens to Loila Tier for optional trails including the adventure ride loop, Dreaming Pools, or shorter descent back to the main trail head such as Old Salty Dog, SeeYa Later, Send Helens.

Dreaming Pools is a 31km wilderness day with a bit of pedalling, so be prepared for  with some climbing. The trail traverses ridge lines and stunning gullies of tall Iron Bark forest with a good mix of climbing and beautiful fast flowy descents with awesome vistas to the South, and follows Constable Creek with waterfalls and natural rock pools. The loop has a climb on completion at the Fagstaff Trail Head. Return to St Helens via the fun and flowy Town Link descent.

Loila Tier drop gives you multiple options to different trail from Loila Tier to suit gravity riders. At the end of your ride, descend the Town Link back to St Helens VMTB store.

- OLD SALTY DOG - Starting high up on Loila Tier Lookout you'll be busy taking in the epic coastal views before having to shift your focus to a feature packed trail. This trail consists of a couple of fast gravity fed ridge lines stitched together by a mellow climbing link midway. You can expect changing terrain with big granite features and deep moss covered gullies.

- SEND HELENS - Send Helens is a 3 km popular black diamond machine groomed trail located near St Helens. This mountain bike primary trail can be used downhill only. On average it takes 9 minutes to complete this trail.

- SEEYA LATER - Starting high up on Loila Tier this trail will take the scenic route all the way back down to the trail head. A fun traversing trail with swooping corners and large rock slab towards the end.
